| All-Terrain Vehicle & Utility Type Vehicle (ATV/UTV) Permits | Must be registered and inspected with the Scottsbluff Police Department. Proof of ownership and insurance must accompany the license. Please review City Ordinance 22-7-5 for complete details. | $25 yearly | |
| Bicycle License | Must be registered with the Scottsbluff Police Department. Bring your information or your bicycle to the Police Department and fill out a license. We will then issue you a tag to be placed on the bicycle, this will also help in the event the bicycle is lost or stolen. | Handgun Purchase Permit | Available to residents of the City of Scottsbluff. A valid drivers license must be presented at the time of application.
